A great opportunity to purchase a first year, low mileage NSX with a well documented ownership history. An iconic supercar of the 1990's, this NSX was originally purchased by legendary gaming executive William G. Bennett, Chairman of Circus Circus Hotel and owner of the Sahara Hotel here in Las Vegas. Wanting the car in a specific yellow (not offered for 1991), he commissioned the car painted not in a generic yellow, but a Ferrari 308 yellow (specifically Ferrari Nuovo Giallo Fly 20-Y-490). The paint detail is near factory quality. My father subsequently purchased this car from Mr. Bennett in 1997. At the time, the car had only 1,000 miles. For the following 19 years, the car was used as a weekend car and carefully maintained and always garaged.
I subsequently inherited the car two years and am now offering it for sale. This NSX just underwent a full inspection 11/2018 and major service which included the following: replaced timing belt, camshaft seals, crankshaft seal, drive belts, valve cover gasket, oil pump gasket. All fluids replaced, four new tires, lubricated chassis, door hinges and latches. Brakes cleaned, inspected and adjusted. Steering and suspension checked as well as exhaust system.
Prior to this, the car had been regularly serviced, although I have only a handful of service receipts for the preceding 19 years. Documented services are:
1. Dealer Service at 11,528 miles (10/2005) that included oil/filter, brake fluid flush.
2. Dealer Service at 11,784 miles (3/2006) that included timing belt, water pump and drive belt, oil/filter.
3. Dealer Service at 14,523 miles (10/2012) that included complete inspection, oil/filter, cooling system flush.
Although the car had yearly oil changes, unfortunately I do not have records for the other services.
