This 2005 Acura NSX-T is one of approximately 248 examples produced for the US market for the model year, just one of 10 that were specified in Long Beach Blue Pearl over blue leather. The 3.2-liter DOHC V6 in the NSX-T was modified by ScienceofSpeed of Chandler, Arizona, in 2025, with their supercharger, 75mm throttle body, and intercooler. The timing belt, clutch, and flywheel were also replaced, and additional work involved installing a Link ECU, 1,050cc fuel injectors, a Koyo aluminum radiator, KW coilovers, a ProFormance Audiophile system, headers, and Brembo brake calipers. An NSX-R-style hood, engine cover, and rear spoiler have also been retrofitted along with white Volk Racing TE37 wheels, Spoon mirrors, a rear diffuser, a shock tower brace, Recaro bucket seats, a backup camera, a touchscreen stereo, and a MOMO steering wheel. It was acquired by the current owner on BaT in May 2026 and has since traveled 200 of its 39k indicated miles. This NSX-T is now offered at no reserve by the seller, a BaT Local Partner, on behalf of the current owner with spare and removed parts, and a North Carolina title.
The aluminum bodywork is finished in Long Beach Blue Pearl, and the car has a body-color removable roof panel. An NSX-R-style hood, engine cover, hood duct, and carbon fiber rear spoiler have been installed along with Spoon side mirrors and an aftermarket rear diffuser. The front lip, taillight gaskets, and windshield reportedly were replaced, and paint protection film was applied to the painted surfaces as well as the taillights. An October 2017 Carfax entry notes that the car was declared a total loss by an insurance company following damage to the front and left-front side. The left headlight, front fenders, front bumper skirt, and front bumper center and left frames were replaced as a result. Edge-lifting of the paint-protection film is noted by the seller.
White 17″ and 18″ Volk Racing TE37 wheels are mounted with Falken Azenis RT615k+ tires measuring 215/40 in front and 275/35 out back. KW V3 coilovers, ScienceofSpeed top mounts, and a ScienceofSpeed shock tower brace were installed in April 2025. Brembo Pista four-piston calipers, slotted rotors, and a 328mm parking brake kit were fitted in December 2025.
The cabin houses Recaro bucket seats trimmed in black leather with blue microsuede inserts. Interior modifications include a MITA Type-S-style shift knob and Type-R-style shift boot, a backup camera, and a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay. ScienceofSpeed’s ProFormance Audiophile system was installed in 2025, incorporating 6.5″ Hertz Audio door speakers, an Audison 10″ subwoofer, a Hertz Audio 4-channel amplifier, and Dynamat sound-deadening material in the door panels.
A MOMO steering wheel is mounted on a quick-release hub and frames a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, a 188-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 39k miles, approximately 200 of which were added under current ownership.
The 3.2-liter C32B V6 features dual overhead camshafts on each cylinder bank and utilizes VTEC variable valve timing. The timing belt, water pump, coolant hoses, and spark plugs were replaced in April 2025 by ScienceofSpeed, who modified the car with their intercooler, 75mm throttle body kit, headers, and charge pipes, along with the following components:
- Magnuson TVS 1900 supercharger
- Koyo aluminum radiator
- Link G4X XtremeX ECU module
- AEM X-Series inline AFR controller w/Bosch 4.9LSU wideband UEGO sensor
- Walbro-255lph high-pressure fuel pump
- Injector Dynamics 1,050cc injectors
- AEM pressure sensor
- AEM fluid temperature sensor kit
- ScienceofSpeed Sport 350 clutch and flywheel kit
- 95A alternator
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
Spare and removed parts pictured above are included in the sale.
The Carfax report lists the aforementioned damage, total loss declaration, and salvage and rebuilt title issuances.
