Seller Description

This 1998 Acura NSX-T was acquired by the seller in 2017, and its 3.2-liter DOHC V6 was subsequently modified by ScienceofSpeed of Chandler, Arizona, with their Stage 2 package. KW coilovers, a SoS clutch and flywheel kit, and aftermarket stereo were also installed along with staggered-diameter Rays Gram Lights wheels. The car is finished in Formula Red over Onyx leather and is additionally equipped with a six-speed manual transaxle, a limited-slip differential, a removable body-color roof panel, pop-up headlights, power-adjustable seats, automatic climate control, and cruise control. This NSX-T shows 68k miles and is now offered with the owner’s manual, service records, spare parts, a car cover, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The NSX featured aluminum bodywork, and this example is finished in Formula Red with a body-color removable roof panel. Features include pop-up headlights, an integrated rear wing, side air intakes, power-adjustable side mirrors, and dual exhaust outlets. Scuffs are visible on the replacement front chin spoiler, which was installed in 2018.

The 17″ front and 18″ rear Rays Gram Lights 57Transcend wheels wear a Gunmetal finish and are mounted with Dunlop Direzza tires measuring 215/40 and 265/35, respectively. The car features a four-wheel double-wishbone suspension with front and rear stabilizer bars, and braking is handled by NSX-branded calipers over vented rotors at each corner. KW Variant 3 coilovers were installed in 2017 and aluminum wheel centering rings have also been added. The removed stock wheels accompany the vehicle.

The cabin features power-adjustable sport seats upholstered in Onyx leather. An Alpine touchscreen stereo is wired to a JL Audio amplifier and subwoofer housed in a custom enclosure. HushMat sound damping pads and ScienceofSpeed billet aluminum door handles and window guide bushings were also installed in 2017 and the window regulators were rebuilt.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, a 188-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 68k miles, approximately 3k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.2-liter C32B V6 features dual overhead camshafts on each cylinder bank and utilizes VTEC variable valve timing. The engine was rebuilt by ScienceofSpeed in 2017 with their Stage 2 package, which incorporates forged low-compression pistons, ARP head studs, and a replacement crankshaft and connecting rods. The timing belt and water pump were also replaced at that time, and a ScienceofSpeed engine belt cover set was installed. The oil pan was replaced, and an oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. A ScienceofSpeed clutch and flywheel kit were installed in 2017.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage. The car last passed a California emissions test in 2024.
