Seller Description

Doug's Take

The original Acura NSX is a Japanese sports car legend, offering a thrilling driving experience, iconic supercar styling, a high-revving, mid-mounted V6, and a beautifully balanced chassis. This particular NSX is finished in handsome Berlina Black, and it's equipped with the 5-speed manual transmission. It also features several neat upgrades like a Dinan Performance ECU tune, an HKS stainless steel exhaust, a Brembo front big brake kit, KW V3 coilovers, Desmond RegaMaster wheels, and a Seibon Carbon carbon fiber rear wing. This looks like a fantastic NSX, and I'm sure the next owner will have a lot of fun with it.

Highlights

THIS... is a 1991 Acura NSX, finished in Berlina Black with a black interior.

  • This NSX features the desirable 5-speed manual transmission.
  • The attached Carfax vehicle history report contains multiple reporting gaps, though it shows no mileage discrepancies in this Acura’s past.
  • A partial list of notable equipment reported by the seller includes pop-up headlights, leather upholstery, power-adjustable seats, power windows, mirrors, and locks, and automatic climate control.
  • Notable modifications reported by the seller include a Dinan Performance ECU tune, a Downforce carbon fiber intake system, an HKS stainless steel cat-back exhaust, a PROTOKRAFT carbon fiber engine cover, a ScienceofSpeed Sport 275 clutch and flywheel kit, a Brembo front big brake kit, a SakeBomb Garage competition rear brake system, KW V3 coilovers, 17-inch front and 18-inch rear Desmond RegaMaster wheels, a Seibon Carbon carbon fiber rear wing, and more as detailed below. -Sold as a Honda in global markets, the first-generation Acura NSX made its debut for 1991 as a user-friendly supercar with Ferrari-like performance and Japanese reliability. Aluminum construction kept weight in check, and the NSX stood out as the first production car equipped with titanium connecting rods. Production of the original NSX ended in 2005.
  • Power comes from a 3.0-liter V6, rated at 270 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque in stock form. Due to the modifications performed to this NSX, it may produce more power, but a dyno sheet was not provided to confirm. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
