This 2002 Acura NSX-T has remained with the seller for two decades following its purchase out of Florida in 2005. The car is finished in Berlina Black over Camel leather upholstery and is powered by a 3.2-liter V6 paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes xenon headlights, 17″ forged wheels, a limited-slip differential, and a removable roof panel as well as power-adjustable seats, automatic climate control, a Bose sound system, and a CD changer. Work under current ownership involved a performing 30,000-mile service and replacing the tires, alternator, clutch, and interior trim pieces. This NSX-T shows 40k miles and is now offered with service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean North Carolina title in the seller’s name.
The NSX featured aluminum bodywork, and this example is finished in Berilna Black with a body-color removable roof panel. The 17″ forged wheels wear 215/40 front and 255/40 rear Dunlop Direzza tires that were mounted in 2021, and curb marks are visible on the left rear wheel. The car is equipped with a four-wheel double-wishbone suspension with front and rear stabilizer bars. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with gold-tone NSX-branded calipers. The front brake pads were replaced in 2021.
The power-adjustable sport seats are upholstered in Camel leather that extends to the dashboard, center console, and door panels. NSX-branded mats line the footwells, and other amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, a Bose sound system, a cassette stereo, and a trunk-mounted CD changer. The stainless-steel door sill plates are stamped with the car’s serial number, and the car is equipped with a factory anti-theft system. Service in 2021 involved replacing the rear hatch pneumatic struts and latch, the roof seal, lower panel trim, an armrest, a speaker grille, and a door lock switch.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 188-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 40k miles, approximately 20k of which were added under current ownership.
The 3.2-liter C32B V6 features dual overhead camshafts on each cylinder bank and utilizes VTEC variable valve timing. Factory-rated output was 290 horsepower and 224 lb-ft of torque. A 30,000-mile service was performed in February 2021, and the alternator was replaced at that time.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The clutch was replaced in October 2022.
