Seller Description

This 1992 Acura NSX was first delivered to West Chester Acura in Pennsylvania, and it was purchased new by the owner. It shows 2k miles, and it has spent most of its time in storage, as described in Road & Track‘s April 2024 and July 2024 features on the car. Recommissioning work in October 2024 included fluids exchanges and replacing the timing belt, water pump, battery, valve cover gaskets, belts, and spark plugs. One of 411 examples finished in Grand Prix White over black leather, the car is powered by a 3.0-liter VTEC V6 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes staggered-diameter 15″ and 16″ forged wheels, a limited-slip differential, a black roof panel, pop-up headlights, power-adjustable seats, automatic climate control, cruise control, and a Bose sound system. This NSX is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with the window sticker, an owner’s manual, memorabilia, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title in the owner’s name.

The NSX featured aluminum bodywork, and this example is finished in Grand Prix White with a black roof panel and pillars. Features include pop-up headlights, an integrated rear wing, side air intakes, power-adjustable side mirrors, and dual exhaust outlets. The rear hatch and trunk struts were replaced in October 2024.

Staggered-diameter 15″ and 16″ five-spoke forged wheels are mounted with Yokohama A-022 tires. The car features a four-wheel double-wishbone suspension with front and rear stabilizer bars, and braking is handled by NSX-branded calipers over vented rotors at each corner.

The cabin features power-adjustable sport seats upholstered in black leather. Interior amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, and a Bose sound system. The stainless-steel door sill plates are stamped with the car’s serial number. Mold was addressed in preparation for the sale. The air conditioning system and cassette stereo do not work.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a tachometer with an 8,000-rpm redline, a 188-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 2k miles.

The mid-mounted 3.0-liter V6 features VTEC variable valve timing and was factory rated at 270 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque. Work in October 2024 included fluids exchanges, a valve adjustment, and replacing the timing belt, timing belt tensioner, water pump, battery, valve cover gaskets, belts, and spark plugs.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The transaxle and clutch fluids were changed in October 2024. A photo showing transaxle serial number J4A4-1005311 is provided in the gallery, indicating that the unit falls inside the snap ring failure range.

The window sticker lists factory equipment, colors, and a total price of $63,600. The sale also includes an owner’s manual, memorabilia, and a car cover, which are depicted in the gallery.

The Carfax report is free from accidents or other damage and shows one registration entry in Pennsylvania.
