Seller Description

Doug's Take

The original Acura NSX is one of the most desirable Japanese sports cars of its era, as it boasts a design that still looks great today, thrilling performance, AND a relatively comfortable interior. This is a later model with a removable roof panel, which turns it into a quasi-convertible, and it features a supercharger kit that should make it quicker and more powerful than a stock, naturally-aspirated model – it's been dyno-tuned to 382 horsepower! This NSX also boasts driver-level mileage, and it touts a clean, accident-free Carfax report for peace of mind – and the 6-speed manual transmission further enhances its desirability.

Highlights

THIS... is a 2003 Acura NSX-T, finished in Silverstone Metallic with a black interior.

  • This coupe is equipped with the desirable 6-speed manual transmission.
  • The attached Carfax history report lists no accidents in this Acura's past.
  • Modifications reported by the seller include a ScienceofSpeed supercharger kit, a Pride Exhaust V2 exhaust system, NSX-R-sourced upper and lower chassis bars, and a carbon fiber interior trim overlay kit.
  • Factory equipment includes 17-inch wheels, a rear spoiler, a removable roof panel, leather upholstery, power-adjustable seats, air conditioning, and a Bose sound system.
  • Sold as a Honda in global markets, the first-generation Acura NSX made its debut for 1991 as a user-friendly supercar with Ferrari-like performance and Japanese reliability. Aluminum construction kept weight in check, and the NSX stood out as the first production car equipped with titanium connecting rods. The original NSX went through several updates until production ended in 2005.
  • Power comes from a 3.2-liter supercharged V6, rated at 290 horsepower and 224 lb-ft of torque when left stock and naturally-aspirated. The supercharger increases those figures to 382 and 260, respectively, according to a dyno sheet shown in the gallery. The engine spins the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
