Seller Description

This 1992 Acura NSX was initially delivered to Beaudry Speedway of Tucson, Arizona, prior to being purchased by the current owner in 2013 and now shows 44k miles. It is powered by a 3.0-liter VTEC V6 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle and is finished in Grand Prix White over black leather upholstery. Equipment includes staggered-diameter 16” and 17” aluminum wheels, a limited-slip differential, a black roof panel, pop-up headlights, fog lights, power-adjustable seats, automatic climate control, cruise control, and a Bose sound system with a remote CD changer. A timing belt service was carried out in June 2021, at which time repairs were performed on the bumper, roof panel, and radio, while the negative battery cable, water pump, clutch hydraulic cylinders, visors, and spark plugs were replaced. This NSX is now offered on dealer consignment with a window sticker, factory literature, two keys, memorabilia, service records, a Carfax report, and a clean California title.

The NSX featured aluminum bodywork, and this example is finished in Grand Prix White with a black roof panel and pillars. Exterior details include pop-up headlights, an integrated rear wing, side air intakes, power-adjustable side mirrors, fog lights, and dual exhaust outlets. Repairs to the bumper and roof panel were performed in 2021, and an accident with another motor vehicle is listed in a January 1994 entry of the Carfax report.

Staggered-diameter 16” and 17” seven-spoke aluminum wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich g-Force Rival tires showing 2017 and 2018 date codes and measuring 215/45 up front and 245/40 at the rear. The car features a four-wheel double-wishbone suspension with front and rear stabilizer bars, and braking is handled by NSX-branded calipers over vented rotors at each corner. Replacement clutch hydraulic cylinders were fitted in June 2021. The seller notes the spare tire is missing.

The cabin features power-adjustable sport seats upholstered in black leather that extends to the dashboard as well as the upper center console and door surfaces. NSX-branded floor mats line the footwells, and interior amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, a Bose sound system, aluminum pedal covers, and a cassette stereo linked to a six-disc CD changer mounted in the front trunk. The stainless-steel door sill plates are stamped with the car’s serial number. A crack is located on the dash. The visors were replaced and the stereo was repaired in 2021.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a tachometer with an 8,000-rpm redline, a 188-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 44k miles, approximately 7k of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 3.0-liter V6 features VTEC variable valve timing and was factory rated at 270 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque. A timing belt service was carried out in June 2021, at which time the negative battery cable, water pump, and spark plugs were replaced. The car passed an emissions inspection in October 2021.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. A photo showing transaxle serial number J4A4-1005396 is provided in the gallery, indicating that the unit falls inside the snap ring failure range.

The window sticker shows initial delivery to Beaudry Speedway of Tucson, Arizona, along with factory colors, equipment, and a total vehicle price of $65,600.

The Carfax report shows the aforementioned January 1994 accident and lists history in Arizona, Texas, Colorado, California, and New York.
