Seller Description

This 1991 Acura NSX spent time registered in Texas, Oregon, and Washington before its 2026 acquisition by the seller, who tells us that service under current ownership included installing a ScienceofSpeed Sport 275 clutch and flywheel kit, a Downforce air intake scoop, a ScienceofSpeed intake air bypass (IAB) delete kit, and an aluminum radiator as well as replacing the timing belt, water pump, thermostat, coolant hoses, spark plugs, transaxle case and snap ring, and and various gaskets and seals. Now showing 43k miles, the car is finished in Formula Red over black leather. Power is provided by a 3.0-liter VTEC V6 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle, and equipment includes Cantrell Concepts exhaust headers, a rear wing, pop-up headlights, side air intakes, staggered-diameter forged wheels, automatic climate control, cruise control, serialized door sill plates, aftermarket anti-theft systems, sound-dampening pads, ScienceofSpeed door speaker panels, a 6″ subwoofer, and a Kenwood touchscreen stereo with a rearview camera display and wireless mobile phone integration. This NSX is offered with parts receipts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The NSX featured aluminum bodywork, and this example is finished in Formula Red with a black roof panel and pillars. Features include an integrated rear wing, pop-up headlights, side air intakes, power-adjustable side mirrors, and dual exhaust outlets. The car received replacement windshield molding under previous ownership.

Staggered-diameter five-spoke forged wheels are mounted with 205/50-15″ front and 225/50-16″ rear Kumho tires. The car features a four-wheel double-wishbone suspension with front and rear stabilizer bars, and braking is handled by NSX-branded calipers over vented rotors at each corner. The car was reportedly fitted with ScienceofSpeed steering rack bushings and Dali sway bars under previous ownership.

The power-adjustable sport seats are upholstered in black leather. Appointments include automatic climate control, cruise control, and serialized stainless-steel door sill plates in addition to an NSX-R-style aluminum shift knob and mesh shift boot. The seller tells us that the car is equipped with a Ravelco anti-theft system, and it has also been modified with a Viper alarm system, HushMat sound-dampening pads, ScienceofSpeed door speaker panels, a ScienceofSpeed subwoofer enclosure with a JL Audio 6″ subwoofer, and a Kenwood touchscreen stereo with a rearview camera display in addition to wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 188-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8,000-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 43k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 3.0-liter V6 features VTEC variable valve timing, and it was fitted with Cantrell Concepts exhaust headers under previous ownership. The seller tells us that work in March 2026 involved fitting the car with a Downforce air intake scoop, a Toyo Roki air filter, a ScienceofSpeed intake air bypass (IAB) delete kit, and a Koyorad aluminum radiator as well as replacing the following components:

  • Timing belt
  • Timing belt tensioner
  • Water pump
  • Thermostat
  • Coolant and radiator hoses
  • Oil pump gasket
  • Spark plugs
  • Valve cover gaskets
  • Valve cover gasket rubbers
  • Spool valve filters
  • Drive belts

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. A photo showing transaxle serial number is provided in the gallery, indicating that the unit falls inside the snap ring failure range, though it was fitted with a replacement snap ring, case, gaskets, and seals in March 2026. The car is also equipped with a ScienceofSpeed Sport 275 clutch and flywheel kit in addition to a replacement clutch slave cylinder.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
