The NA2 Acura NSX is an iconic sports car, offering timeless styling, nimble handling, and great performance from its mid-mounted V6. - Sold as a Honda in global markets, the first-generation Acura NSX made its debut for 1991 as a user-friendly supercar with Ferrari-like performance and Japanese reliability. Aluminum construction kept weight in check, and the NSX stood out as the first production car equipped with titanium connecting rods. A facelift for the 2002 model year brought revised front and rear fascias and did away with the pop-up headlights from earlier models in favor of fixed xenon HID units. Other changes included larger wheels and a revised suspension.
