This 1996 Acura NSX-T shows 40k miles and was sold on BaT in November 2018. The car is powered by a 3.0-liter VTEC V6 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle and is finished in Formula Red over tan leather. It is equipped with staggered-diameter 16” and 17” aluminum wheels, a limited-slip differential, a DC Sports exhaust system, a removable roof panel, a front spoiler, pop-up headlights, power-adjustable seats, automatic climate control, cruise control, and a Bose sound system. The selling dealer acquired the car in 2025, and subsequent service included replacing the timing belt, valve cover gaskets, and oil pan gasket. This NSX-T is now offered in Missouri by the selling dealer at no reserve with an owner’s manual, a 1996 Acura brochure, partial service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title.
The NSX featured aluminum bodywork, and this example is finished in Formula Red with a body-color removable roof panel. Features include a front lip spoiler, pop-up headlights, an integrated rear wing, side air intakes, power-adjustable side mirrors, and dual exhaust outlets. The selling dealer reports the trunk lid and rear window struts were replaced in 2025. A scratch near the right door handle and chips in the windshield are noted.
Staggered-diameter 16” and 17” chrome-finished aluminum wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich G-Force Rival tires with 2018 and 2021 date codes. The car features a four-wheel double-wishbone suspension with front and rear stabilizer bars, and braking is handled by black-finished NSX-branded calipers over vented rotors at each corner. A power steering line leak was repaired and front Bilstein dampers and braided brake lines were fitted in August 2025.
The cabin features power-adjustable sport seats upholstered in Tan leather. Interior amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, a Bose sound system, and a cassette stereo linked to a remote Alpine CD changer. The stainless-steel door sill plates are stamped with the car’s serial number. The condition of the stereo display can be seen in the photo gallery.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a tachometer with an 8,000-rpm redline, a 188-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 40k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.0-liter V6 features VTEC variable valve timing and was factory rated at 270 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque. A DC Sports exhaust system and headers were installed under prior ownership. Service in preparation for the sale included changing the oil and replacing the timing belt, valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, and oil pan gasket.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The clutch hydraulic cylinders were replaced in August 2025.
