Seller Description

This 1992 Acura NSX is powered by a 3.0-liter VTEC V6 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle and is finished in Formula Red over black leather. Equipment includes staggered-diameter 15″ and 16″ forged wheels, a limited-slip differential, a black roof panel, pop-up headlights, power-adjustable seats, automatic climate control, and cruise control. The seller acquired the car in 2022, and it now shows 37k miles. This NSX is now offered with a car cover, an NSX book, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Georgia title in the seller’s name.

The NSX featured aluminum bodywork, and this example is finished in Formula Red with a black roof panel and pillars. Features include pop-up headlights, an integrated rear wing, side air-intakes, power-adjustable mirrors, and dual exhaust outlets. The seller notes a ding on the driver’s door and rock chips on the hood, and a chip on the right-side mirror was touched up.

Staggered-diameter 15″ and 16″ five-spoke forged wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich g-Force Super Sport A/S tires measuring 205/50 up front and 225/50 out back. The seller states that the wheels were chromed under previous ownership, and scrapes on them are noted. The car features a four-wheel double-wishbone suspension with front and rear stabilizer bars, and braking is handled by NSX-branded calipers over vented rotors at each corner.

The cabin features power-adjustable sport seats upholstered in black leather, and matching leather covers the dashboard as well as the upper center console and door surfaces. Interior amenities include automatic climate control and cruise control. The seller notes that the stereo powers on but does not produce sound, and interior blemishes are shown up close in the gallery. The stainless-steel door sill plates are stamped with the car’s serial number.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a tachometer with an 8,000-rpm redline, a 188-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer indicates 37k miles, approximately 300 of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 3.0-liter V6 features VTEC variable valve timing and was factory rated at 270 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. A photo showing transaxle serial number J4A41004949 is provided in the gallery, indicating that the unit falls inside the snap ring failure range.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Georgia starting with the first entry in 1994.
