This 2005 Acura NSX is finished in Long Beach Blue Pearl over matching leather and powered by a 3.2-liter V6 paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Additional equipment includes a removable roof panel, 17″ forged-aluminum wheels, power-adjustable seats, automatic climate control, cruise control, and a Bose sound system. The car was sold new by Apple Tree Acura in Fletcher, North Carolina, and was acquired by the seller in August 2010. This NSX shows 40k miles and is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, a window sticker, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean South Carolina title in the seller’s name.
The aluminum body is finished in Long Beach Blue Pearl Tricoat (B-510P) and features a removable roof panel, xenon headlights, side air intakes, an integrated rear wing with an LED brake light, and dual exhaust outlets. The right front fender and headlight assembly were replaced in 2008, and there is a repaired starburst crack on the windshield. The exterior has reportedly been ceramic coated and paint protection film applied to the front of the car. Close-up photos of the paint and trim can be viewed in the gallery below.
Factory 17” forged alloy wheels are wrapped in 215/45 front and 255/40 rear Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R tires. Braking is provided by NSX-branded gold-finished calipers over ventilated discs at all four corners.
The cabin features power-adjustable seats trimmed in blue leather with matching carpets and floor mats as well as a black dashboard and two-tone door panels. Amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, and a Bose AM/FM cassette stereo with a trunk-mounted CD changer.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 190-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, fuel level, and voltage. The six-digit odometer shows approximately 40k miles, 28k of which were added by the seller.
The mid-mounted 3.2-liter DOHC V6 features VTEC variable valve timing and produced 290 horsepower and 224 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The seller states that the timing belt and water pump have been replaced. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
The window sticker shows factory colors and equipment, initial delivery to Apple Tree Acura of Fletcher, North Carolina, and a total vehicle price of $89,765.
An owner’s manual is included in the sale along with a car cover, an additional set of floor mats, and a receipt for the 2008 bodywork.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in North Carolina and South Carolina.
