This 2002 Acura NSX-T shows just under 33k miles and is one of just 36 US-spec models finished in Silverstone Metallic over a silver leather interior for the model year. Power is supplied by a 3.2-liter VTEC V6 paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and a factory limited-slip differential. The car was first registered in New Mexico and was brought to Pennsylvania by the seller following the installation of a new timing belt and water pump in January 2015. Approximately 8k miles have since been added. This NSX is now offered with service records from new, a window sticker, factory literature, purchase documents, a spare key, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.
Silverstone Metallic paint is pictured up close and from a number of angles in the gallery, along with close-up images of the lenses, glass, and badging. According to the seller, the rear valance below the bumper has been touched up due to scratches. The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage, and photos of matching body panel VIN tags are viewable below.
Fixed headlights were introduced for the 2002 model year, and other styling updates included a deeper front air dam, revised tail light housings, and altered exhaust tips. The painted removable roof panel can be stored under the rear hatch glass. Factory 17” seven-spoke alloy wheels measure 7″ in width up front and 9″ in the rear. Dunlop Direzza tires show date codes from 2009 up front and 2017 out back, though the rear tires were replaced in May 2019 per the seller. Gold-finished calipers are fitted at all four corners.
Power-adjustable seats are trimmed in silver leather and feature integrated headrests. NSX-branded Coco Mats line the footwells. Power windows, door locks, and mirrors came standard. A factory Bose stereo is retained in the center stack, and the seller installed a replacement antenna mast and a SMARTenna. An aftermarket shift knob has been installed, and the stock unit is included in the sale.
Instrumentation includes a 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, and a six-digit odometer that shows just under 33k miles, approximately 8k of which were accrued under current ownership.
The transverse-mounted 3.2L V6 features VTEC variable valve timing and produced 290 horsepower at 7,100 rpm and 224 lb-ft of torque at 5,500 rpm when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The timing belt and water pump were replaced by Montano Acura of Albuquerque, New Mexico in January 2015. Replacement trunk and engine bay struts have been installed by the seller. Spare oil and air filters accompany the vehicle.
Additional photos of the underbody are provided in the gallery below.
The window sticker displays the factory equipment as well as a total vehicle price of $89,765.
The Carfax report lists no issues and shows two owners in New Mexico and Pennsylvania through its most recent entry in December 2018. The seller states that the purchase paperwork and shipping for the next owner will be handled by a local dealership.
