This 1993 Acura NSX is finished in Formula Red over black leather and is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 paired with a five-speed manual transmission. The car was originally registered in Florida and spent time in Texas before being purchased by the seller in 2018 and relocated to Oklahoma. Modifications consist of a Valentine One radar detector and HID headlamps, and service in March 2019 included a new timing belt, drive belts, water pump, and master cylinder. This NSX shows 56k miles and is now offered with partial service records, factory literature, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Oklahoma title in the seller’s name.
The aluminum body is finished in Formula Red (R-77), and the seller reports that the bottom of the front bumper was repainted due to rock chips prior to his purchase. Rock chips are noted, and close-up photos of exterior blemishes are viewable in the gallery below. HID headlamps have been added.
Factory alloy wheels measure 15″ in front and 16″ out back. The Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires show 2018 codes and measure 205/50 up front and 225/50 at the rear. Disc brakes are fitted at all four corners. The brake master cylinder was replaced in 2019.
The cabin is finished in black leather and features power-adjustable front seats, cruise control, a Bose cassette player, a trunk-mounted CD changer, and a Valentine One radar detector mounted behind the seats. A replacement climate control unit and door speakers were reportedly installed by the previous owner.
Factory instrumentation includes a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline and gauges for the battery, fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The six-digit odometer shows 56k miles, 3k of which were added by the seller.
The front trunk houses a collapsible spare wheel and tire, along with master cylinders and fluid reservoirs. A jack and tire change tools are present in the rear trunk aft of the engine bay.
The 3.0-liter DOHC V6 is mounted transversely behind the cockpit and produced 270 horsepower when new with the aid of VTEC variable valve timing. Service in 2019 included replacement timing and accessory belts, a new water pump, a new battery, and an oil and filter change.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle. Service by Goodson Acura of Dallas in March of 2019 included the replacement of the clutch slave cylinder and a transmission flush.
Service records dating back to 35k miles are included in the sale, along with factory literature and a car cover.
The August 2019 Carfax report shows no accidents or other issues, five owners, a recent lien release, and registrations in Florida, Texas, and Oklahoma.
