This 1992 NSX was modified by Vincent Wong, owner of I-Forged Wheels, and well recognized for his various show cars that he brought to Sema over the years in partnership with Castrol.
I bought the car from Vincent 14 years ago as a third owner and put approximately 4,000 highway miles over that period of time. The car has been in storage for the last 7 years and has remained almost as immaculate as when it was presented at Sema car show in Las Vegas in the mid 2000.
Vincent, meticulously turned this 1992 NSX into a Type-R 2002 model very close to the original one. The engine was untouched other than a special chip and exhaust system adding an extra 50 hp on the dyno.
The car has 37,000 miles and still very close to its show room condition. When I took the car out during the Montreal F1 Grand Prix, it was the biggest head turner on the block, surpassing any other exotics and has remained very unique to this day.
The car is for sale due to my age and with no reason to leave it in storage any longer.
At $145,000 Canadian dollars or $112,000 in USD, it is well priced for any serious buyer who wants to own a piece of car history.
