Seller Description

This 1997 Acura NSX-T was purchased new by the seller at Crown Acura of Clearwater, Florida and now has just under 30k miles. The car is finished in Spa Yellow over an Onyx leather interior and is said to remain stock apart from an aftermarket amplifier. Power is provided by a 3.2-liter VTEC V6 paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, and a new timing belt was installed in May 2019. This NSX is now being offered for sale with a receipt from the recent work, its original window sticker, factory manuals, two keys, a model-branded cover, clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.

Production for the NSX in 1997 included just 89 examples finished in Spa Yellow. The paint is shown up close in the gallery below, which also contains photos of the pop-up headlights in their raised position. The recent Carfax report shows no history of accidents or other damage.

The NSX-T model features a painted removable roof panel that can be stored under the rear hatch glass. Factory 16” front and 17” rear wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza tires that show date codes from 2017 and 2003 respectively.

Onyx leather seats are power adjustable, and branded floor mats line the footwells. The car is equipped with a Bose cassette stereo, a 6-disc CD changer, cruise control, and automatic climate control. An aftermarket amplifier has been installed per the seller.

Instrumentation includes a 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, and a 6-digit mechanical odometer that shows just under 30k miles.

The 3.2-liter V6 features VTEC variable valve timing and was rated at 290 horsepower and 224 lb-ft of torque when new. A new timing belt was installed in May 2019, along with four new cam-end plugs and fresh gaskets.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle equipped with a factory limited-slip differential. Additional photos of the underbody can be seen below.

Factory manuals are included in the sale along with the original window sticker, which shows the factory colors and equipment, as well as a total vehicle price of $88,725.

The Carfax indicates no accidents or other issues. The seller states that the car was originally titled in his company’s name and was transferred into his name in 2004, which is reflected on the Carfax report.
