This 1994 Acura NSX is finished in Formula Red over tan leather and powered by a 3.0-liter DOHC V6 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Modifications consist of staggered-size RPM wheels, HID headlamps, window tinting, a Pride V2 exhaust system, Bilstein dampers, lowering springs, and more. Service conducted since 2016 included installation of a new timing belt, water pump, ignition coil, clutch cylinders, engine seals, fluids, window regulator, and other items. The seller acquired the car two years ago and has since added approximately 900 of its 85k indicated miles. This NSX is offered with its stock wheels and exhaust system, tool kit, compressor, titanium key, car cover, a clean Carfax report, partial service records, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.
The aluminum body was reportedly repainted in red under previous ownership to alleviate clear coat failure. Additional paintwork in 2018 included refinishing of the right mirror housing as well as touch-ups on the driver-side door. Remaining blemishes are shown up close in the gallery below. Modifications include a Honda S2000 antenna, HID headlights, and ceramic window tint. In-progress photos of the aforementioned repaint are viewable in the gallery along with receipts for the work.
Staggered-diameter RPM wheels were installed in 2016 and wear Nitto tires said to have been mounted approximately 3k miles ago. The stock wheels are pictured in the photo gallery below and will accompany the car. Suspension alterations include H&R springs and Bilstein struts up front as well as Zanardi springs out back.
The interior features reupholstered tan leather seats as well as a CD changer and a GROM Audio Bluetooth adapter. The driver-side window regulator was replaced in 2017. An aftermarket alarm system has also been fitted.
Analog instrumentation includes a 185-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, voltage, temperature, and oil pressure. The odometer shows just over 85k miles, approximately 900 of which have been added by the seller.
The mid-mounted 3.0-liter DOHC V6 features VTEC variable valve timing and was factory-rated at 270 horsepower when new. The timing belt and water pump were changed in July 2016, while work in December 2017 included replacement of an ignition coil, the clutch master and slave cylinders, several hoses, and a number of engine seals as well as the transmission and brake fluids. The seller notes corrosion on the radiator brackets.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. A Pride V2 exhaust replaces the standard system, which will reportedly convey as part of the sale. Additional underbody photos are viewable in the gallery below.
The June 2019 Carfax report indicates no accidents or other damage and shows longterm Florida ownership through April 2018.
