This 1998 Acura NSX-T is finished in Berlina Black over Onyx leather and was sold new by Euro Motorcars Acura in Bethesda, Maryland. The first owner traded the car back in to the original selling dealer in 2007 with 47k miles, and the seller bought it shortly thereafter. The vehicle was kept in Atlanta until 2013 and has been in South Carolina since. It now has 82k miles and is powered by a 3.2-liter VTEC V6 paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. According to the seller, an iPhone input for the factory stereo and red-painted brake calipers are the only modifications. This NSX is now offered with service records, the original window sticker, factory books, two keys, a fitted car cover, clean Carfax report, and a clean South Carolina title in the seller’s name.
The NSX-T model features a removable targa panel, which is shown mounted to the car in the photo gallery below. This example has reportedly been garaged and covered during the seller’s ownership. The rear bumper was refinished three years ago after a car bumped into it while parking, though the included Carfax is free of accidents or other damage.
The factory 16″ front and 17″ rear alloy wheels are mounted with 205/45 Iron Man iMove and 255/40 Toyo Proxes 4 Plus tires respectively. The brake calipers have been painted red, and each corner is pictured up close in the gallery. A windshield ding is noted on the passenger side.
Inside, the Onyx leather upholstery shows some creases on the driver’s outer bolstering as displayed above. An extra floor mat accompanies the sale.
The electronic climate control unit was rebuilt three years ago, and an iPhone input for the factory stereo allows the phone to play and charge through a cable that connects from the coin slot in the center console. An A/C recharge was completed in 2016, and the seller has added about 35k of the 82k indicated miles.
The 3.2-liter VTEC V6 produced 290 horsepower and 224 lb-ft of torque when new is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The timing belt and water pump were replaced in February 2012 at about 60k miles. The seller states that he has changed the oil with Royal Purple every 3k miles and recently replaced the engine lid/front trunk struts and ignition relay.
