Seller Description

This 1994 Acura NSX remained with its first owner in Florida for 23 years before it was purchased by the seller just over a year ago and brought to Toledo, Washington. Now showing just over 26k miles, the car is finished in Brooklands Green Pearl over tan and powered by a 3.0-liter DOHC V6 paired with a 5-speed manual transaxle. Modifications include a shorter-ratio Comptech ring and pinion, exhaust headers, strut brace, HKS muffler, and OZ wheels. This NSX is now offered with service records, an owner’s manual, service manual, the original bill of sale, a clean Carfax report, and a clear Washington State title in the seller’s name.

The aluminum body is finished in Brooklands Green Pearl (G-70P) and close-ups are provided in the photo gallery below. The car is one of 260 produced in the color, which was offered from 1994-1996. The Carfax report lists no accidents or other damage.

OZ Futura 3-piece alloy wheels measure 16×8” up front with 225/45 Falken FK452 tires, and 17×9” out back with 255/40 Continental ExtremeContacts. The NSX’s all-aluminum semi-monocoque chassis rides on an aluminum front and rear double wishbone suspension.

The cabin is trimmed in tan leather with contrasting black upper door panels and dash. The tan carpets are protected by black NSX-branded floor mats. The factory cassette deck remains in place, though the seller believes the previous owner installed upgrades to the sound system for which a receipt is provided in the gallery below.

The odometer shows just over 26k miles, approximately 54 of which have been added by the seller during short maintenance drives.

The mid-mounted 3.0-liter DOHC V6 features an aluminum block and titanium connecting rods, and utilizes variable valve timing for a factory-rated output of 270 horsepower. A timing belt service was completed in January 2014 at 24,091 miles, and according to the seller the most recent oil change was completed in 2017. A Comptech billet strut brace can be seen in the engine compartment, and Comptech exhaust headers and an HKS muffler were also added by the original owner.

Shifting is through a 5-speed manual transaxle which has been modified with a Comptech ring and pinion kit to provide a shorter gear ratio of 4.55:1 instead of the factory 4.06:1. Several other receipts for service and modifications are shown in the gallery below. The seller notes the rear trunk struts are becoming weak.

The Carfax report lists no issues and documents the ownership history with the car’s first 23 years spent in Florida.

Reserve not met at $46,000. Kind of unfortunate to end the auction the day after Christmas though.
